William L. Porch William L. Porch, age 79 of Pennsville passed away on Sunday August 5, 2018. He was born in Salem, NJ and was the son of the late Earl and Grace Catts Porch. Bill was a lifelong Salem County resident. He graduated from Penns Grove High School in 1958. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the Army 82nd Airborne from 1958-1961. Bill was a longtime member of the Pennsville VFW. Bill was employed as a supervisor for the DuPont Chambers Works, Deepwater where he retired following 35 years. Survived by his wife of 27 years, Dorothy "Patty Ferrille Porch, daughters, Heather Endicot and Jennifer Ferrille, 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, sister, Margie Crescenzi and nephew David Crescenzi. Predeceased by a son James Porch, and a brother, Earl "Gingy" Porch. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM on Friday August 10, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Burial will be at the Salem County Veterans Cemetery, Pilesgrove, NJ. www.laughreyfuneralhome.
