Marie P. Hooks,age 91 of Pennsville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday July 28, 2018 at the Golden Rehabilitation Center, Mannington. She was born in Penns Grove and was the daughter of the late William A and Pearl M. Moritz Elmore. Marie was a lifelong resident of Salem County.
She retired from the Salem County Tax Board and was a longtime member of the Park Bible Baptist Church in Pennsville.
Survived by her children, Harry J. Hooks, Jr and his wife Norma Hooks, Bill Hooks and his wife Dora, Rick Hooks and his wife Kris, Kathy Davis and her husband Mike, sister, Louise Jones, grandchildren, Gina and Stacey Hooks, Lori hooks and Nikki Nardo, Terri Elwell, Eric Hooks, Nate Hooks, Kristin Frambes, Michael Davis, Jr., 10 great grandchildren.
