Obituary of Hallie Inez Stoneman

H. Inez Stoneman, age 87 of Pennsville passed away on Saturday January 16, 2016 at her home. She was born in Pipers Gap, VA and was the daughter of the late Clyde and Donna Davis Stoneman. Inez was a longtime Pennsville resident. She was employed as a corporate secretary for the Mannington Mills Company where she retired following 30 years service. She was a longtime active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Pennsville and was an avid bowler and golfer. Survived by her brothers, Estel M. Stoneman of Pennsville and Howard D. Stoneman of Claremont, FL, sisters, Eddith M. Hogate and Edna Loveland of Pennsville, nieces, Donna Von Ahnen-Dillon of Hockessin, DE, Sandy McWilliams, Elaine Bramlett and Claudia Cobble, Sandy Cole, Fay Vandervort and Diane Butyter, nephews, Terry Stoneman, Danny Stoneman, David Weldin and numerous great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Emory C. Stoneman. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday January 21, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service.
