Anna, 86 was a life long resident of Pennsville, NJ. Died peacefully on March 7, 2026 from complications that arose from her recent bout with pneumonia. She was born in Salem, NJ on June 29, 1939 to the late Norman C. and Juanita M. (Sherman) Dolbow. She was a Homemaker who dedicated her life to raising her family
Anna is survived by her sister Dawn (John) Hurtado, Sr. of Alabama. Daughters Sheryle (James) Homan, Sr. of Pennsville, NJ and Katherine (Clyde) Batley, Jr. of Alabama. Brother In-law Randy Berger of NC. Sisters in-law Sue Dolbow of NJ, Betty Larrimore of DE, Patty Fulton of MD, and Nancy McCann of DE. In addition cousins Ida Forrest and Bill Ecret of Salem Co. NJ. She leaves behind 5 Grandsons Ron, Scott, and Dane Batley; James Homan, Jr. and Josh McCann. Grand Daughters Bonnie Homan, Kaitlyn Batley, and Julie McCann. Also, leaving behind 9 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Additionally she leave behind her long time Care Giver Darcel Burton
Pre-deceasing Anna in death was husband Norman McCann. Brothers Norman A. and Joseph Dolbow. Sisters Mary Rappa and Billie Lou Berger. Her Aunt Billie Lou Ecret. Also, her sons Donald D. and James A. McCann.
Anna's Greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, doing artwork and writing poems. She enjoyed many countless hours with Darcel laughing, telling jokes while watching Seinfeld, The Office, and singing their "versions" of songs.
Her family would like to thank the Caregivers and Staff at Autumn Lake Salem (Golden) during her final few years of life.
Anna's service will be private at the request of the family.
