David Allen Rafine, born on December 7, 1970, in Pennsville, NJ, suddenly passed away on June 8, 2025 at home. Dave was the beloved son of Fay Rafine and James Rafine. He was born and raised in Pennsville, where he spent his entire life.

Better known as Rafe to his friends, he was predeceased by his wonderful mother, Aldo Fay (Strickland) Rafine his grandparents, Ruth and David Rafine; his uncle David "Buddy" and a few of his lifelong friends. He is survived by his children, Tanielle (Angel), Tatum, and Jesse; his father, James (Ann); his brother James (Robin); his niece and nephew Amanda and Sean; his wife, Julie; and his grandson, Isaac, who absolutely stole his heart.

Growing up, Rafe loved racing his BMX bikes and working on his dream car- his very first car, a Camaro. Dave was spontaneous, stubborn, and a comedian. His love for music, especially playing the guitar, was well shared and loved by his family and friends. He treasured the moments spent teaching his children how to fish, ride bikes, and appreciate music.

In his recent years, Dave enjoyed watching his grandson grow and loving his cats. He was excited to share his love for guitars and cats with Isaac. Dave will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of life will be held by his family, with details to be announced at a later time.
