Michelangelo Bianco, Sr., a beloved partner, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle, passed away peacefully at his home on March 25th at the age of 92. Born on June 2, 1932, in Sersale (CZ), Italy, Michelangelo was a man of strength, kindness, and unwavering love for his family. Michelangelo's life was defined by his deep devotion to his family, his love of gardening, and his passion for winemaking. A hard-working, dedicated contractor, he established Mike Bianco & Sons, where he spent many years providing for his family and serving his community. He found the greatest joy in being surrounded by as many people as possible, sharing food, laughter, and stories. Proud of his Italian heritage, he never forgot his roots, while also embracing the opportunities he was afforded in the United States with gratitude and pride. He is survived by his partner of 27 years, Marianne Gioia; his children Antonio Bianco, Francesca Bianco (Peter), Maria Falcone (Riccardo), and Michelangelo Bianco Jr. (Alicia); his grandchildren Marcie Bianco, T.J. Bianco (AdriAnn), Steven Bianco (Geneine), Alexandra Falcone (David), Angelo Bianco (Bella), Giuliano Falcone (Alexandria), Giovanni Bianco, Emilia Gonzalez, and the apple of his great-grandpop's eyes, Kennedy Bianco. He will also be remembered by his sister-in-law Filomena Ercole, brother-in-law Vincenzo Bruno, cherished special niece Rose Spinelli, along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Michelangelo was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Angela Rosa Bianco, his infant son Angelo Bianco, his sisters Mariantonia Rizzetta and Maria Cosentino, and his niece Antonietta Lance. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday April 1st at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish/Corpus Christi Church where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the Mass. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude's, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, or Shells of Hope Charity for Childhood Cancer in Michelangelo's honor. Michelangelo's love, wisdom, and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
