Donald Guthrie, Jr. age 62 of Pennsville, NJ passed away suddenly on March 11th 2025. Don was a 1981 graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School. He worked for a while for Amtrak as a diesel engine technician, but mainly he worked with his mom and dad at the family business Don's Truck Service in Carneys Point, New Jersey.

Don Jr. is predeceased by his mother and father and is survived by his younger brother David and many cousins.

While Don faced challenges in his life he faced them with quiet dignity and grace. Anyone fortunate enough to have known him will remember him as slow to anger and quick with a smile and kind word. He was truly a kind and gentle child of God.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 OM on Tuesday March 18th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 6:00 to 7:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
