Have known this family for 55 years. Joe was a character, always a smile, always helpful. Devoted to his family. My heart aches for his wife Claudia, and step daughters. Ronica has been a great help with her family, as well as Diane even though she lives in Florida. Rest in peace Joe. With deepest sympathy, Vickie Carter Gillespie
