Phyllis Livingston Perry, age 84 of Pennsville passed away on Thursday February 22, 2018 at the Cooper University Medical Center, Camden. She was born in Salem and was the daughter of the late Phillip and Vessie Simpkins Livingston. Phyllis was a longtime Pennsville resident. Survived by her daughters, Robin L. Efelis and her husband, Konstantinos "Gus" of Pennsville and Sherry E. Weipert and her husband Mark, and a brother, Ronald Phillip Livingston Granchildren, Jason Efelis and his wife Kara, Nicholas Efelis and his wife, Melanie, Michael Efelis and his friend Alex Shipley, Christine Hester and her husband Rob, and Konstantinos Efelis, Jr., Joshua Weipert, Mckenna Weipert. Also survived by 10 great grandchildren that she adored Besides her parents Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Frank R. Perry, Jr. and a daughter, Karen L. DelCarpio, and a brother, Charles Jack Livingston Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday February 28, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Cohansey Baptist Cemetery, Hopewell Township, NJ.
