Obituary of Maurice Joseph Jones, IV

Joseph Jones, age 52 of Pennsville passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 11, 2016 at the Cooper University Medical Center, Camden, NJ. He was born November 30, 1964 in Vineland, NJ and is the son of Hannah Murphy of Pennsville and the late Howard "Butch" Murphy. He was a graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School class of 1982. Joe was a longtime Pennsville resident.
He was a construction inspector for RK&K. He was a member of the Penns Grove Masonic Lodge. He coached for the Pennsville Little League, Pennsville Midget Football and Youth Soccer. His favorite thing to do was spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
Joe is survived by his wife and best friend Brenda, his children Amber Jones of Pennsville, Joe Jones of Knoxville, TN and Sean Jones of Pennsville, grandchildren, Tyler, Madison and Katie, brothers, Howard and Stephen Murphy and many extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday December 17, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 prior to the service. Burial will be private.
