Roberta J. Starcevich, 76 of Pennsville NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 8, 2016. Born in Elizabeth, NJ she was the daughter of the late William V. Kolowitz and Gertrude T. Kolowitz. She was employed for EBASCO and Pennsville National Bank. She is survived by her son, John W. Starcevich (Kathleen) Daughter Nancy Gunning (Donnie) Her Twin Brother Robert Kolowitz, grandchildren John J. Starcevich, Jeffrey W. Starcevich and Joseph E. Starcevich. Predeceased by daughters, Mary Ann Starcevich and Denise Starcevich. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Saturday November 12, 2016 at 11:00 am, at Queen of the Apostles R.C. Church, 391 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ. Relatives and friends may call from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Laughrey Funeral Home, 1 N.
