Virginia D. Skilton, age 93 of Pennsville passed away on Tuesday August 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Deepwater, NJ and was the daughter of the late John J. Dwyer, Sr. and Mae Egan Dwyer. Gini was a lifelong Deepwater and Pennsville resident. She worked for DuPont Chambers Works, Deepwater as a secretary from 1943-1960. She also helped run Holly Tree Antiques along with her sister and brother in law, Dorothy and Willard Workman for many years. She also worked as the Pennsville Township Registrar for many years. Gini was a longtime active member of the Deepwater United Methodist Church. Survived by her son John M. Skilton and his wife Diane of Elkton, MD. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband Frank R. Skilton (2008) brothers, Thomas A. Dwyer, John J. Dwyer, Jr., and George Dwyer and sisters, Dorothy M. Workman and Mary Louise Dwyer. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday August 12, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to The Society to Protect Animals, P.O.
