Marguerite B. Bruynell, age 90 of Pennsville, died Tuesday May 31, 2016 at the Virtua Hospital of Mt Holly, NJ. She had been a resident of the Masonic Villages of New Jersey in Burlington, NJ for the past 5 years. Marguerite was a caring lady that loved to play cards with her family and friends. In her younger years she would fly planes out at Woodstown Airport which was owned by her brother Howell T. Rogers at the time. Born in Bristol, PA she was the daughter of the late George and Mary V. Rogers and was a longtime Pennsville resident. Marguerite worked with her late husband Earl H. Bruynell in the Physician's Laboratory, a private medical laboratory in Pennsville. Shortly after retiring she became stir crazy and took over a family real estate business, Salem County Realty Company later to become Century 21 Bruynell, Realtor's located in Pennsville, NJ. She was predeceased by her brothers, Howell T. Rogers, George C. Rogers, Kenneth Rogers and Bartley Rogers (all in the real estate business as well), sisters, Mable Costill, Maude Wentzel, Virginia Harkins and Mary Lawrence. She is survived by her devoted son, George R. Bruynell and his wife Juliane Bruynell, her grandchildren Matthew R. Bruynell, Amanda L. Bruynell and Christopher G. Bruynell all originally of Pennsville, NJ. A farewell tribute for relatives and friends has been planned for 11:00 AM on Saturday June 4th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the tribute.
